We collect the minimum information required to operate Coins Hub:

• Account information (email, username, profile settings)
• Device information (device model, OS version, unique identifiers)
• Usage data (games played, offers completed, ads viewed, coin balance)
• Approximate location (country / region) for offer targeting
• Diagnostic data (crash logs, performance metrics)

• Provide, operate, and improve the Coins Hub service
• Credit coins for completed activities and process redemptions
• Prevent fraud, abuse and violation of our terms
• Personalize offers, surveys and rewarded video experiences
• Send transactional communications and important service updates

To deliver games, ads, surveys and offers, Coins Hub integrates with the following trusted third-party providers. Each partner has its own privacy policy governing the data they collect.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with the third-party providers listed above strictly to deliver the offers, ads, surveys and analytics that power the reward experience. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights contact us at privacy@coinhub.com.

California residents may request disclosure of the personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, and opt-out of the sale of personal information. Coins Hub does not sell personal information as defined by CCPA.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication with Firebase Authentication, and least-privilege access controls. No online system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

Coins Hub is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.

The app may contain links or integrations to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, we encourage you to review them.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Coins Hub does not currently respond to DNT signals, but we honor the opt-outs described in this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
